We identified that increased malignancy is related to glial dedifferentiation, upregulation of extracellular matrix (ECM) genes and increased expression of cell cycling genes. Also, although acknowledging continuity of tumour grading, our cut-off factors for that CGC confirmed a more specific approach to classification as compared to WHO CNS5 and b
